Seuda shlishis is often synonymous with stale challah rolls, egg salad, and a disproportionate amount of people singing harmonies. But it’s also the climax of the Shabbos (which itself is the climax of the week); a day of commemoration, restoration and refocus.

As the treasured Shabbos wanes and we pine for that spiritual fulfillment that will catapult us into the coming week, we acknowledge the unhinged love that Hashem has for each one of us and we fervently pray that we are worthy of demonstratively reciprocating that love in return.
